“India-US friendship for the betterment of the world…”: PM Narendra Modi replied to US President’s tweet

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that the friendship between India and America is a force for the good of the world and will make the planet better. Modi’s statement to US President Joe. came in response to Biden’s tweet, in which he said that friendship between America and India is most important in the world.

Sharing a video montage of Prime Minister Modi’s recently concluded US visit, Biden tweeted, “The friendship between America and India is one of the most important in the world and it is stronger, closer and more dynamic than ever.” In response to his tweet, Modi tweeted, “I completely agree with you. The friendship between our countries is a force for global good. It will make the earth better. My recent visit to the US will further strengthen our bond.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has returned to India after visiting the United States and Egypt. PM Modi was given a grand welcome at Palam Airport. BJP President JP Nadda and several BJP MPs were present to welcome the Prime Minister. PM Modi started his five-day visit on 20 June. He visited America from 21-24 June. His US visit began in New York, where he led a historic event at the United Nations Headquarters to mark the ninth International Day of Yoga on 21 June.
