APSC CCE 2022: Results Expected in October, Interview Rounds in November

Guwahati: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) recently announced that the results for the Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) Mains 2022 are anticipated to be unveiled towards the end of October. Simultaneously, the interview rounds for APSC CCE 2022 are set to take place from the beginning of November. The CCE (Mains) 2022 was conducted by APSC across various regions of the state from July 8 to July 10.

A notable 8,815 candidates participated in the CCE (Main), which comprised six papers. What makes CCE 2022 particularly significant is the unprecedented number of candidates who took part in both the Preliminary and Main stages. Additionally, this examination marked a historic moment as it was conducted for an extensive 913 positions, a substantial increase compared to previous CCEs. This included the introduction of 15 new services such as the Assam Urban Administrative Service, Assam Financial Service, Assistant Audit Officer, and Administrative Officer, among others.

Furthermore, the Commission revealed that the Preliminary Examination for the next CCE is likely to be held in the final part of March 2024. The CCE examinations encompass three stages – Preliminary, Mains, and Interview. To progress to the subsequent round, candidates must successfully clear each stage of the exam.
